I am a Banking Professional turned Experience Designer.

I recently led the design team at Salesforce, where I crafted comprehensive end-to-end customer experiences for key partners such as leading Financial institutions, Universities, Healthcare providers, and the Paris Olympics. Over four years in the fast-growing enterprise environment, I learned how to balance business objectives with engineering limitations while continually championing the user’s perspective.

With an MBA and six years of experience in the Banking sector, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of thoughtful experience design. Later, I pursued an M.Des from the National Institute of Design, India, where I embraced human-centered design principles and have been applying them throughout my career.

Growing up across five different states in India, I learned to adapt to new challenges and environments, which influenced my approach to design, embracing diversity and cultural richness.

When I’m not designing, I’m a dedicated movie buff, particularly fond of Bollywood films and finding my weekend escape in horror movies.
